Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training. Enrolments will only be confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel an enrolment or prevent attendance if payment has not been made before the course start date. This policy ensures that resources, materials, and trainer availability are secured for all participants, allowing us to deliver the highest quality learning experience. 

Cancellations, Transfers, and Substitutions:

We reserve the right to amend, alter or withdraw any of the information in this website or on any course being offered should circumstances dictate. If we cancel, we will notify registrants as early as possible to minimise any inconvenience. Please check with us before booking any travel or accommodation connected with your course registration.

Unable to attend

We understand that priorities change and you may not be able to attend the course you have registered for. When this arises, the following terms may apply:

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made in writing trainingservices@ianz.govt.nz 
• Cancellations received 14 days or more before the course starts will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations received less than 14 days before the course starts will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received on the day of the course commencing and/or any time thereafter are unable to be refunded.

Transfers:

• Transfer requests must be made in writing trainingservices@ianz.govt.nz 
• Transfers received 14 days or more before the course starts will be accepted without condition.
• Transfers received less than 14 days before the course starts will incur a 25% transfer fee.
• Transfers received on the day of the course commencing, or any time thereafter, will be treated as cancellations and will require payment of a new fee.

Substitutions:

• Substitutions must be made in writing trainingservices@ianz.govt.nz 
• Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the course commencing.

Credit:

• Credit options are not currently offered by Telarc Training Services, and participants are instead offered a refund of course fees (subject to the conditions above) or transferred to an alternative course.

Online Course Policy:

Enrolments in our online courses are governed by specific conditions which differ from those applicable to face-to-face training. Due to the immediate availability of digital course materials upon registration and payment confirmation, all online course enrolments are final. As such, no refunds will be issued once an online course registration has been completed. 

Online course enrolments are also non-transferable and non-substitutable. Registrations cannot be transferred to another participant, deferred to a later date, or exchanged for an alternative course.
